arsenal.fit exists to give people a complete, no-cost "arsenal" of fitness tools — the workout plans, exercise know-how and calculators you need to train effectively at home or in the gym. The name is literal: an arsenal is a collection of tools and weapons, and that is exactly what this site is for your training. It is not a brand of gym, a franchise, or a supplement company.
Why this site exists
Most fitness information online is either locked behind a paywall, buried in clickbait, or written to sell you something. We wanted a clean, fast, genuinely useful resource where a complete beginner could learn how to squat properly, plan their first week of training, work out their daily calories, and start a sustainable routine — all in one place and all for free. The site is supported by unobtrusive advertising so the content can stay open to everyone.
Who is behind it
arsenal.fit is built and edited by Mustafa Bilgic, the site's founder and editor. Mustafa is a long-time fitness enthusiast who built this resource to collect the practical, evidence-based guidance he wished he'd had as a beginner. He is the person responsible for the site, its editorial decisions and its contact point.
Importantly, the training and nutrition information on this site is not presented as personal medical or professional coaching advice. We do not invent credentials. Where we make a factual claim about how the body responds to exercise or nutrition, we attribute it to recognised authorities — the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and peer-reviewed studies indexed on PubMed. You should always confirm what is right for your own body with a qualified professional.
